Help with traiing program

    Hey folks,

    Up until now I have be doing stronglifts, made great progress and would recommend it to anyone.

    Thing is now I am looking for change my training as all I have been doing in strenght training.

    Can some help me esign a training program that looks more at hypertrophyand help me now to focus on getting leaner and fitter.

    I would like to center this around the big compounds.

    Any suggestions?
