Although not a single 'lift' as such, the best lifting vid I've seen all year is Benny hitting 400 x 5..

Win on so many levels: Listening to Maiden, drinking coke, looking at some porn, token intense old man trainer like Mick from the Rocky movies, rutty old gym, weights nearly fall off bar, great psyche up footage... Oh and it's impressive as fcuk.
