    you mean that foam things in the squat rack ?

    i dont use em
    , but im sure you could make your own from some pipe insulation ?

    You don't need foam etc. All you need is some TTFU cream and apply liberally. ; )

    Being female I don't have a big muscley back/shoulders and I do find that I can add more weight if it's not hurting across the back.
    But if they don't replace it I guess I'll have to get used to it.

    I found wearing a hoody good before for doing squats, just use the hood as a cushion for the bar, it was much better than the useless foam yoke the had in the gym anyway. Might be a bit impractical though for other stuff.

    If you see 'The Viper' there ask him to ask the staff to replace it for you :pac:

    Not sure how much this is currently but about £45 notes from a quick check online and IMO one of the best things to have.

    Unless it gets nicked it cannot be damaged so will last forever.
