I'm just wondering what is the best way to start a new healthy lifestyle. Let me explain:

I'm just average 27year old lad. Never seen the inside of a gym. Usually just swimming and playing football with mates has kept me fit. And maybe a high metabolism has kept the weight off because I've never watched what I eat

Lately I've noticed I'm getting quite sluggish. My normal flat (but not toned) stomach has got bloated. I'm more tired a lot of the time and generally just lazier. A lot of the mates are gone Oz and Canada, or are married and I'm doing less in the way of exercise.

Would a gym be a good start for me? Or maybe a nutritionist? What would I be looking for to regain the energy and tone up a bit? I would really have no idea where to begin.

    1. post up your stats
    2. post up your usual diet for a day
    3. join a gym
    4. google "starting strenght" or "strong lifts 5x5" they are weight lifting routines
    5. people on here will advise you on your diet etc once you post up 1 & 2
    6. put the diet and weight lifting routine together and your laughin

no need for a nutritionist, just eat properly, tarin consistently and yo will be fine.

Maybe you should look at how much sleep you are getting? Are you getting 7-8 a night?

Post up any previous training history and we'll see what we can do!:)
