Please can somebody recomend a straight forward and simple training program? Im kind of old school when it comes to trainning and dont understand half the things being said in these posts or else dont know how to calculate the values.. I love sport but cant find the time to play or more importantly TRAIN for it much..

Ive gotten seriously over weight and need help in figuring out how to get back to healthy..

The running part i can get sorted easy, its more what to do in the gym that stumps me.. Im 26 and need to lose about 2stone (gradually)

If you're looking to build muscle and your gym is equipped appropriately then you can't go wrong with starting strength frankly SS HERE Ask instructors to take you through the lifts if you're still not terribly confident with them.

    Oh and it's spelled 'dummy'.
