    Níl sé in achan foclóir ar an ábhar go bhfuil sé caighdeánaithe anois go "feanntach".
    Gheobhaidh tú an briathar "feann" ann..."Tá fuacht ann a d'fheannadh gabhar" a deirtear sa Ghaeltacht ar "Tá sé thar a bheith fuar".
    Tá "feannaideach" in úsáid go fóill sa chaint.
