There probably is but they tend to use ordinary homes to hold prayer sometimes.

The one I know of is in Clonskeagh, South Dublin: Islamic Cultural Centre of Ireland (website Islam Ireland). There's an Islam Forum here too.

am i the only one who suspects something fishy? why come straight to AH? surely even a new member with an obvious lack of english would end up in the religion forum first?
