Kettlebell Workout

    Hi,

    Could anyone provide with me with an effective beginner level workout for fat loss? I'm working with two kettlebells, 16kg and 20kg. I understand there are plenty of classes available, and are recommended to establish good technique and prevent injury. However, I'm not in a position to attend any at the moment, but having some weight lifting experience, I'm confident that I'll approach kettlebell training correctly and safely.

    Look up youtube vids

    If you have no access to someone who can correct your technique, please stay away from the snatch.

    Maybe practice some moves first with a shoe eg turkish getup
