I ordered the HD-DVD/DVD Combo of Superman Returns and Ocean's Thirteen from a top rated seller on US eBay. Ocean's Thirteen was exactly what I wanted however she sent me the regular non Combo HD-DVD version of Superman. Stupidly I left positive feedback before I noticed the error. File a claim, and return the DVD. You pay for the return, by registered post too if you'd like to maintain any possibility of winning the claim.
