    Hi, just an FYI for any Spinning® or other Indoor Cycling Instructors there is an education training weekend coming up on Nov 27/28 in Dublin covering:
    Heart Rate Training and Race Day Energy Zone
    Spinning® Star 2 Assessments

    I saw you're doing this workshop on the page alright - really want to go but im doing a half marathon in waterford 2 weeks later and could only get decent cover for weekend classes and work for either weekend of the half or the weekend of the workshop so im doing the half. Looks like it will be 2011 when i do my next workshop. Good price too at 150
