    Hi

What's everyones thoughts on how long to bulk or cut for. I know a lot of people say 2-3 months bulk followed by cut but I've been bulking for a month and a half and can't stand to put any more fat on.

I'm happy with gains as I've gone up 14 pounds to 200 but now want to cut down and was wondering if there's any diff between bulking for one month and cutting for one rather than longer periods that way I figure you can make gains without ever getting too out of shape

Also can anyone recommend a good low carb whey supplement while cutting

Just get a supp that is all or mostly whey, ON, My Protein, whey isolate, etc

All whey is pretty low carb, the problem is people tend to called all shakes "whey" or "protein". When its mostly carbs/sugar, and the main purpose is gettin the calories in, its not a whey shake.
