Is it worth doing and Event Management course?

Hi, I've been thinking about doing and Event mgmt course for MONTHS now! I've done lots of volunteering at different events etc and loved it! I just wondered if was worthwhile doing event mgmt course or am I better off just doing an internship/work experience to get into employment that way? anyone know of any…
