    Hey there,

Can anyone give me an idea how much Crossfit costs to join, and if you're experiencing good results there?

Is this place in Sandyford female friendly? :)

    Thanks a lot!

Colm O'Reilly who posts here is a coach at CF in Sandyford send him a PM about prices. It's expensive but it's definatly worth it I love the place.

Yep it's female friendly it's about a 50/50 membership split between guys and girls give or take.

It is totally female-friendly. Really it is just completely people-friendly. Fantastic place, you should get in touch with them and organise a free intro session :)

If you wanna get results, I'd stay away from Crossfit Ireland. Head over to Informed Performance in Glasnevin. I've spoken to a number of people who in fact came from Crossfit and joined IP. They said it was a far superior set up in IP. The coaching, the atmosphere, the equipment, everything. Great value too, with some VERY knowledgable people, who are more than willing to help.

Well considering Crossfit is 2km from my house, and Glasnevin ... well isn't .. I'll stick to the south side, thanks :D

OP, with regards to getting bang for your buck I'd defo opt for IP over CFI to be honest. You pay your monthly fee, train as often as you like, and get constant coaching with no extra charge.

I know the guys you are talking about the standard is a lot higher since they trained there with the move to proper facilities in Sandyford and so on.

Phenomenally ironic given that you've used all your posts on this thread to shill IP.

OP as has been said contact Crossfit directly for their price list. I don't want this to turn into a Crossfit vs IP thread.
