he's another one from the school of "It's funny cos I'm shouting in a funny voice"..

Cant stand Jason Byrne. He only has 2 settings. Shouty voice or stupid oul wan voice.

Wonder will FF hack Turbidy give Gilmore an easy interview?

Jason Byrne is on tour at the moment and is doing a gig in Offally tonight at 10 so how can he be on there tonight? Odd.

    Pre-recorded interview?

Or else he's going to be late for that Offaly gig.

    pre recorded?? hardly
they would only do that for a high profile guest. if jason byrne wasnt able to come into the studio then hes no colin farrell that they would want to pre record it. maybe hes not in offaly.

Will he do the same to Gilmore as he did to Kenny?

I'll be interested to see.. I guarantee he mentions the land that his wife sold, and labours lack of financial policies cos it suits them at the moment... They're not gonna go into Government with FF, so they are definitely Tubridy's enemy..

If Tubs takes it easy on him i hope this legend is in the audience

My sister and her mates are going to see him in The Bridge House Hotel in Tullamore tonight. They're there now and it's still going ahead so he's definitely playing there tonight.

Yep I reckon so too. He's the only reason I'll be watching to-night, the rest of the line-up ain't great. And Jason Byrne AGAIN?

That IS true Shane. Enda Kenny wanted to be Tubridy's friend... His handlers should have embedded it in his brain about Tubridy's allegiances .. Gilmore is a much stronger, self assured and confident...

I think it's about time one of the political guests called Tubridy on his FF leanings ... A few of the guests have jocosely referred to it (Mick O'Dwyer, Mario Rosenstock etc etc), but no politician has used this fact to question the interviewer's objectivity... And I think it is a relevant point, as the viewer ostensibly would be thinking that the interviewer is completely objective, but he's not .. and they would probably be thinking the audience is a rainbow across the party lines, whereas in reality it's full of FF sheep....

Going to get beer to enhance my ranting later on..

Solution to allegations of bias = No politics on the Late Late.

Comedian Jason Byrne will also be dropping in for a chat.
First thoughts: Oh for the ****ing **** love of Jesus cock-****ting Christ. If anyone wants me I'll be ramming a red-hot knitting needle through each eye and both eardrums, and sealing the holes with yak-****.

Second thoughts: Hmm, I wonder what's on the BBC.

The rest of this post is addressed to the future, when puzzled researchers may be delving into Ireland's past to figure out what made everyone in early 21st century Ireland mistake Jason Byrne for a comedian:

    Not everyone, matey. Not everyone.
