Honeywell actuator

I have a three zone system, all are controlled by Honeywell actuators. One zone was not working. I checked everything and it appears the motor in the actuator isn't strong enough to move the little arm up to the internal switch which then calls on the heat.

If I help the motor reach this switch by pushing it on with my finer, everything works as normal and switches off when the desired temperature has been reached.

Question is, is the motor knackered and need to be replaced or is there something else I'm missing.

    Thanks

sounds like the motor, its the cheapest option to try to replace it but its trial and error really, you could just buy a new head and be done otherwise..
