Any of you guys use it?

I would like to get a class a week in somewhere to improve flexability.

I am a member of Energie Fitness/ Skellys and I know they used to hold classes. Not sure what they are like.

    Any recommendations?

South city centre/Rathfarnham would be ideal.

Money would be a consideration. I'd like to be able to do it as cheap as possible.

I do freestyle fitness yoga - great for flexability IF you are consistant with it. There's a yoga forum too under sports. Im not too familiar with Dublin but most places iv seen that do PAYG charge around 15-20e per session. I imagine there are cheaper places and places that do bundle type offers.

    For Rathfarnham, check out http://www.yogaflow.ie/

For city centre, check out http://www.meltonline.com/. They are based in Temple Bar.
