Is this the program for me?

Hey, just wondering if anyone here has tried this program or heard good/bad things about it. My lifts have been going nowhere over the past two years, mainly because I keep on changing programs and am terrible at knowing when/ how to deload and when/how to substitute ME exercises and all that. I'm determined to stick to a program this time. I plan to get involved in a sport in the new year, either rugby, mma or gaa. Firstly, however I want to get as strong and explosive as possible.

My current stats at 5'10, 82kg, 14 ish% BF are.
    Bench- 87kg
    Box Squat- 150
    Deadlift- 172
Chin Ups -13 in a row.

My diet is clean and with lots of protein. I realise I will have to put on a bit of weight to gain a lot of strength and that's ok.

Ideally, I'd like to get my bench over 100, and add at least 20kg to my squat and deadlift. Eric Cressey's 'Maximum Strength' program begins with a test on those lifts and on the broad jump, then after the 16 week program you re-test with your new, hopefully much improved maxes. Just wondering if this program would do the job?

Here is the 4 phases of the program btw
