Weak Joints

I have very weak joints (my bones don't fit together correctly), which means that my shoulders, knees and elbows dislocate very easily. I enjoy sports, but I've had to quit everything because of my injuries. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can keep fit without damaging my joints further?
Bending quickly and anything to do with moving my arms quickly aren't options :(

    Thanks

I would find a doctor who understands the condition you suffer from and ask them.

Its a bit too medical for a message board.
    Sorry to hear it though.

Hi Cloee i hate to admit it but d'Oracle is right. This is a bit too medical for this forum and the forum charter states medical advice is not to be given out here. As stated i would recommend talking to your GP.

    Thanks
