Broke my ankle and need a new program

    Hi,
    Was keeping relatively fit and strong with my 3 day weights program which consisted mainly of deadlifts bench press and front squats. As of sunday i now need to adjust my program and want to keep my strenght gains and not be back down at square one.
    Anyone have ideas or a program i could follow which would keep me strong and minimise my strenght loses.
    I left leg is in a cast to just below my knee for 6 weeks atleast. Any help would be appreciated
    I have access to 2 gyms but will have to find out will they let me in...

    Ive closed this as a program given to you here while injured could lead to further injury. I would consult your GP on his/her opinions about training in a cast.
