    Hi all,
Just looking for other peoples experience- not medical advice.
Around 6 months ago I tore some cartlidge in my knee which had to be repaired. The op was successful and I have been recovering well. The only problem is my range of motion. I can't put my heel to my bum which is important for running- my primary sport.
I was wondering does anyone have any experience of this? Anybody reccomend any exercises?

    Thank you

    MM

Sorry MM but I have closed this thread. I have no probelm with folks discussing their post op expreiences, however I would not be happy to have folks advise or recommend exercises.

Your post op rehab should have been overseen by a Physio, was this not the case? and this would be the best person to discuss knee mobility or range of motion issues with.

Sorry we can be of more help with this, and best wishes for a speedy return to running.

    M
