when my wife installed the latest version her parents can no longer see a clear picture thorugh our webcam they only see pixelated video and Skype reports a slow connection so it downgrades the video, but the earlier version of skype had no such trouble with video quality on my connection only last week so it must be this…

so it must be this new "Call Quality Manager" in version 5 of Skype, does anybody know how I disable this? or will I just revert back to the earlier version ?
