    Hi Guys,

Got 10% off promotional discount code few days ago.

    Valid from: NOW!
    Valid for: FIVE online purchases
Valid until: Midnight (GMT) 31st March 2010

Once I put the code in and click on "Use Code" i get the message:

    * You must be logged into your account to use this voucher.

I relogged few times but it didn't help. Anybody knows what's going on ?

Think this might have something to do with it!

If it's actually for 2011 and not 2010...

Log out of the account altogether. Re-open the window, while still logged out, click on the Irish flag, once you've done that and the URL's myprotein.co.uk/ie/xxxx or something like that, you shoul be good to go.

Bulkpowders.co.uk don't charge you different prices for paying with an Irish account

Nobody should order from them until they 'review' their prices! Cant people see this is a trial run to see if most customers 'really mean it' when they see they will shop elsewhere! If we dont 'really mean it' then the prices will stay the same. If we temporarily get our whey elsewhere then theres a good chance they will actually review the situation!

@Westwood: Lots of folks are annoyed with the recent change to My Protein's pricing structure for Irish customers and have advised the company of this via email. These forums are not a soapbox to be used for individual rants.

Hi Hanley, tried your way, but no joy. Did you encounter the same problem ?

I tried sending them a message from website form, but didn't get any acknowledgement. After I click to send I got referred to help which buy the way said in its headline:

"Due to a number of major technology improvements, we are experiencing a number of issues which may temporarily affect our service levels and the usual high service you expect from us. This is a temporary situation whilst the new systems bed in, so please bear with us as we make these improvements. The MP Delivery Promise is suspended at this time."

PS For those that are on strike from MP, I really need a small bag of whey and 1 bottle of fish oil, give me a break :P I will join the strike once I get this, I used to buy 10 times more stuff in the past so in a way I'm with you guys, I understand the situation and I hope prices will be rectified soon.
