    Hi,

Just wondering do people experience every now and again that they just have a bad workout for whatever reason?

Like you just don't seem to be feeling it in the gym or are struggling to lift weights you usually lift?

I had a bit of a bad workout today, I have a slight headache and the last 3/4 nights I've been going to bed 2 hours later than normal so that wouldn't of helped.

It happens to the very best - sometimes you won't feel your best and will be unable to lift as heavy as usual. The most important thing is that you get to the gym and do something.

For example, you could do a light workout and focus on stretching, mobility work and foam rolling.

Get your sleeping habits back to normal and you'll be fine.

    Hope that helps,

    Paul

Usually if I have eaten badly, at the wrong time or not at all then my workout suffers as a result. No fuel - no results, your body needs energy do do what your asking of it especially hunking big weights around.

Yup, just work through it, everyone has off days.

You could be coming down with something too though.
