Sorry if this post has been up before or not in the right place.

I am looking for a recommended fitness/weight loss plan. Lately I have gotten into very bad eating habbits due to work commitments and being lazy....plus I have terrible will power once I slip.

I am looking to see what programmes would be recommended....along the lines of weight watchers etc where I could go and keep records and where I have a target each week.

Happy also to start exercising more and would quite like to join a sport.

    Any help/advice?

Good idea to get your act cleaned up and into shape.

There are some very loyal Weight Watchers here, but in general, it's not the most popular program, simply because it tends to encourage a lot of high carb ready meals.

Ideally, base your diet on fresh whole foods, oily fish (I was at a conference today that would encourage you to eat pounds of the stuff), fresh meat and chicken, eggs, lots and lots of green veg, olive oil, nuts, some fruit, some dairy, some wholegrains.

Have a look at the "Nutrition 101" sticky here on this forum and "Fitness, the basics incl Diet and Nutrition" on the Fitness forum. They'll give you good basic knowledge.
