Stock up on protein/fats, limit the carbs to 80-120g a day. Will keep you more satisfied and you'll consume less calories in the process.

No i have no idea what she's saying either. It's worse in person. :P

OP, have you considered rolling with it and starting some strength training?

Get more protein/good fats/fish oils in, reduce the carbs/junk and get training and you'll be back knocking people about the mats in no time :D

I heard espresso can take the edge off it

If espresso doesn't make you edgy then you're making it wrong.

OP, eat lots of fibrous veg, that'll fill you up without excess calories.

L has a point though, ride that appetite and do some strength training.

Why would you want to suppress your appetite when you can satisfy it instead? Eat a head of broccoli and tell me you're not full. It's 89% water and has roughly 34Kcal/100g. Perfect for filling you up.

some of the replies here, its like AH gone wrong:D:pac: OP, its pretty normal to be hungry like that after quitting.. I wouldnt worry tbh, accept that you will gain a bit of weight.. give it a month and then get a grip on diet, the worst of the cravings will be over then!
