I'm trying to lower my bodyfat by creating a caloric deficit and doing weights 3 times a week. Problem is, I find it hard to calculate exactly how many calories I'm actually consuming per day. For instance, I throw a load of chicken or broccolli on a plate, but I have no idea if it's 50 grams or 100 grams. I could easily be overconsuming or underconsuming calories. Any trusted brand to buy?

    While I'm at it. I'm 22. 5'10. weigh 82kg. I think I'm in the region of 15-17% bodyfat.

    Squat- 110
    Bench- 86
    Dead- 170
    Chins- 13 reps

How many calories should I be consuming to lose fat and maintain muscle?

P.S. I tried using the Fitday site but I didn't have a clue how many grams of each food I ate.
