    Road trip to Cork....?

I think I'd be in trouble if I suggested to Mrs Slow that I was going to be training again so soon but I could go in support!

Barcelona, Cork, Dublin. If a monkey flings enough poop at the wall surely some of it will stick. :pac:

    Um, kinda :pac:

Got bored during a meeting in work today with a 2011 calendar in front of me, and of course thoughts drifted to running...

Imagine doing it for a living, road testing runners for Asics or the like.

If we're going for the Cork marathon, the 1st of February is 18 weeks out so that gives you 3 months before the real training starts.

That was basically the novices thread this year, my own training for DCM'10 was hilariously bad - 38mpw peak, longest run 18 miles.

    Thirded.

I think Raycun would be a far better candidate. If RK was done with it, if she's not then next years bunch will be as lucky as we were.

Fourthed , rainbow lady spelt thirded wrong , ( seeing how you are all on your spelling buzz )

You're right, she wouldn't, but you won't be injured for long and old is gold.

Nope, they'll need someone level and knowledgeable, not the class clown (even though Digger has stolen that title from me:()
