Just noticed that universal nutrition has the animal pak back on the shelves, anyone ever tried it or have opinion on it? I was using alpha male from my protein but would not be pushed at changing if positive review were to be had from people who have used!!

When was it ever off the "shelves"

It has always been available online

    Expensive for what it is

A good multivit wud cost you a tenor, and that MP one is ok but thats even expensive for what it is

Just eat properly and get a cheap multi vit, job done

Now in fairness, looking at your sig, you don't have the best of success with non-core supplements do ya? :D

Ill stand by the 3 x thermopure for cardio, its a def sweat producer

The Cla...well i tried it and i cant say its changed my world, but i found animal Omega to be fantastic so i said i'd give the Pak a try since my alpha male ran out!!

I take the Animal Flex. I've found it to be great for my joints. I don't bother with the PAK. Holland and Barrett (yes, I know they're useless with 90% of their stuff) do a great multivitamin. I bought two containers of 100 tablets for €5 each in some sale they had. 2-3 tablets and I'm sorted.

Not to change subject too much but most CLA in supplements is an isomer which causes liver damage.
