    google foam roller-for less than a fraction of the price of 1 session you can do it yourself every day if needs be...... k that sounds dodge but ya know what I mean!! :D

    While I use foam rollers and the trigger point rollers and find then very good, IMHO there is no comparison between DIY foam rolling and a session with a good Physio/Massage therapist. The hands on massage beats the foam rolling hands down every time in my book.

    Well i've had two deep tissue massages in the past month, one in Krabi Thailand, and the other in Mumbai India...are you close to either of those? I'd recommend Mumbai!
