Hi guys, a few weeks ago I have started eating a bot extra to gain week.

I have been eating a 100g bowl of porridge in the morning, But I find it very hard to digest. and get quite acidy burps, and ingestion through out the day

I find that if I skip the porridge I do not get indigestion.

any suggestion of a substitute with similar nutritional value?

    Cheers

    Hi!

Have you tried soaking the oats in water overnight? Porridge is quite heavy though and can be a lot to take in first thing.

My personal favourite breakfast is a poached egg and grilled tomatoes with good brown bread - Mc Cambridge is good.

Kelkin no-added sugar muesli is also good.

I usually have an a poached egg before or after the porridge.

Ill try soaking the oats over night and give ready break a go too. and maybe
    alternate with muesli

    thanks for the reply's
