Keep getting the notification on my Desire even though nearly all my apps are stored on the SD card. I've tried running a cache cleaner but that does not get rid of the notification. Any ideas?

Download an app called "Storage Info" (free on the market), run it and post the results (under "Internal"). Then go "Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications", press the menu button, select sort by size, and post the top 5 or so apps and their sizes.
