Hi , I had a bad enough cold that went on for a few days about 3 weeks ago, I stopped running, but started again when I got I thought was better. I seemed fine after but now have another bit of a cold, but its pretty much itchy eyes and runny nose, this is going n the last week and comes and goes.

Do you think its alright to go for a run? Im not completely run down just, no head hold or sick feeling, just eyes, and blocked or runny nose?

I hear the worst thing you can do is go running while sick but im not exactly sick , dyou think im good to go? Even just for a light one?

    Cheers

Ive never missed training or anything for that matter because of a cold, if it was a serious case of the flu, vomiting, diarrhea etc then fair enough but a cold! carry on you'll be grand.

I generally dont train under any sort of symptoms at all, if its me being lazy ill force myself out, but if its signs of colds or flu or anything i just rest up till better....thats just me though

I like that one actually, I went for a light run and actually feel far better now so it obviously didnt do any damage
