Can you still get them? and if so where? do they help when training. i find my breathing is very bad when im exercising.

Yeah, i suffer from this too.

The nasal strips are sold in all chemists. I use them sleeping, not normally in the gym tho.. more out of vanity than anything else.

it's a real pain- friend of mine got an operation to sort it out for her- a deviated septum i think it's called or something- i might look into it in the spring.. it's really helped the situation for her she said.
