    Looking to buy few hand grippers to pump up the old arms. Just wondering where best place to buy them in Cork.

    Thanks.

    any decent sized sport shop will have them-ive even seen lower strength ones in tescos. if you want really good ones google captains of crush, even their weakest one is pretty strong and their 2nd weakest is TOUGH!

    Grippers won't pump up the arms.
    Forearms to a certain extent.

    The captains of crush are hard:

    IIRC:
    Trainer = 100lbs
    #1 = 140lbs
    #2 = 190lbs
    #3 = 270lbs
    #4 = 365lbs

    Bigger hands does help with closing them but closing the #2 is very hard work and as for the #3 - aspirational!:)

    yeah think it was the 1 and 2 I had a go on-my grips improved since but tryin to close the stronger on the 2 felt like tryin squash the spring from a car!
    read a tip from andy boltons gym to wrap a t shirt around a dumbell handle to thicken it and then hold for time to strengthen grip. thats my next thing to try out in the gym
