    hi all
anyone have any recomendations for music for a kettlebells class/ workout? was told a bpm of 115 to 125 would be best, most of the stuff i see online on fitness music websites is a bit lame, would be more into trance type stuff at this bpm or even rock/metal def not beyonce or lady gaga remixes lol, any help appreciated thanks

surely, whatever music inspires you/gets your blood pumping would be of more signifigance than actual bpm?

yeah for sure, but the bpm is important here as it is a beginner class and have to keep everything mid tempo , to stop newbies lifting too fast...
