Doesn't seem to matter where you are. I have wireless access (barely) from my room in larkfield and I don't have much problem streaming on laplan. I do have to pause it the odd time but my signal is extremely weak.

I would apply the following

Time of day
Aim for off peak times

Proximity to classrooms
You want to be beside classrooms as the access points are always located in close proximity to them.

Density of users
Aim for areas with few people around

So the best locations would be quiet teaching areas at off peak times
