I think you're being very hopeful if you think anywhere will deliver something as heavy and as awkward as an olympic bar for free.

Are you actually being serious? That's a great price for a decent bar. Jesus Christ....

What were you expecting to pay for an oly bar? Are you looking for an olympic bar or jsut a barbell. difference in quality and price is pretty big

Mickk is the forum name of the guy who owns Irish Lifting and posts on here. I think he might also have a contact number available on his web site.

I am certain that the delivery charge will be applied, however your best bet is to
    • PM Mickk via this site and enquire
    • Use the Email or contact number from the Irish Lifting site to ask

Really depends on what you're using it for. It's a false economy getting a lower grade cheaper bar, as it will take a toll on your wrists if you're doing a lot of work with it.

What bars do you use at CFI Colm?

We've a range of bars from when I started out 3 years ago until today, so depends on when they were purchased. The best we've found so far is the York International Bearing Bar. It's about £200 stg from the UK.

Beyond this you've B+R Bars from Rogue Fitness, which I've used and like, and werksan bars (which are about €400 plus import from Turkey) which are probably the lowest cost high end bar you can gather.
