    Hi,
Not looking for medical advice but simply a recommendation of someone who can help with knee (mis)tracking.

My knee feels like there is an inbalance or a tracking problem.

I went through this, still havnt really got to the bottom of it but know how to manage mine.

Various physios tried taping my knee in different places but too no avail, to then decide on an imbalance in my quad. Proper stretching makes this become less of an issue but I know if i skip stretching for a week + i'll be back in trouble

Went and had a gait scan and was told feet extreamly out of line and this is what was pulling my knee out so now have propper orthotics but still need the stretching to keep pain away.

Best advise really would be to see someone in the know and get it checked professionally

Half the reason I started at Informed Performance was cause I had patella femoral abrasion syndrome... Physios and doctors were ****ing useless. Suggested more walking to sort it out. FFS. No problems now, have little niggles if I approach 20km running a week but nothing of the magnitude beforehand. Didn't even get Will Heffernan to look at my knees in particular, I just told him I have issues (related to running and cycling) and after a few weeks of doing the iPrograms my quads/hams/glutes started doing what they were meant to.

Read some of his stuff here on knee prehab, or better yet approach him personally bearing gifts (donuts work)

Hmmm... can't find his links. I'll look tomorrow.
