Critique my workout?

    Hey folks,
    So trying to start the workout routine again.

    Been eating a lot better and am seeing some results but haven't exercised enough the last few weeks.

    Can anyone critique the following circuit

    Looks like a decent workout to get me going, I like having a plan, If I'm randomly jumping between machines and threadmills I'm probably not pushing myself enough so I like to have a plan to stick to and push myself a little.

    My fitness is poor enough, office work plus no time for the 5 a sides in a while leaves me a bit lazy. Would like to get to a moderately good fitness level, build some strength but mainly just look a bit trimmer again.

    There's a good few workouts on the site this one just caught my eye.

    I have a gym in my apartment complex with a good selection of free weights and a few machines and lots of lovely running space outdoors :)
