I saw a flyer in my gym(swords) today about new classes starting soon...never took down the number but i'll get it for you tomorrow if nobody else can help.

there's a 3 hour workshop in the IFSC in nov- on the 1st and 2nd saturdays of the month- a couple of here have signed up on recommendations from other posters..

65e for the 3 hour workshop and they give you a free kettleball to take away.. i'm hoping i'll learn enough in the workshop to do short workouts at home myself!

I know a mate of mine goes with his misssus and they both absolutely love it. Can't wait to try it when work quietens down a bit. seems to be well priced too.

Seen in the northside people this week that The dude is some kind of all ireland kettlebell champ so im guessing he knows his stuff.

ten quid each, i believe there is some deals if you buy 10 classes, and free classes if you do so many per week.

Im pretty sketchy on the details as i've not been yet, but as i said, my mates have been raving about it for a few weeks.
