Bulgar vs Cous Cous

Hey all, Have fallen in love with Bulgar wheat - it always works out much better for me than Cous Cous does ( drier and fluffier ) - takes the flavours better and is cheaper too, so... Is it better for you than Cous Cous ? Thanks Rob

bulgar is a bit better.
quinoa would be even better
