    hey. I am getting acl reconstruction on my left knee in two months. i was wondering if anyone has any tips either pre op or post op...thanks

    Sorry OP but I have closed this thread as IMHO the information you are seeking falls under "seeking medical advice" and is best given by the surgeon you are attending (for pre op) and they physio who handles your rehab (Post OP).
