Unlucky mate, I dunno which physio you use but I find Physiocare on the Clonsilla Road excellent

Ah a buddy of mine is a physio so I just pop into him. No happy endings though, mates and all that.

A full stop was needed in the sentence to split that up.

Nespressos are fupping deadly, if you order online and spend over €80 they deliver for free so that saves a trip to WS (Wanker Shop) on Grafton Street.

I made croissants and macaroons on Saturday, the croissants took fupping ages but they were both so worth it.

Yeah I'll order them online alright even though I work near said shop!
Had a Nespresso years ago but lost it moving house. Been french pressing it in the meantime but the Nespresso is great for before work. French press in the evening or when I've company. Can't beat fresh brewed coffee.

My personal trainer has advised me to avoid croissants during my injury lay offs! But I do love em!

Thought Admiral Barry would be about 6/1 here, 11/1 looks over priced even though he has a lot to prove over hurdles.

How many will Germany put past Ireland this week? the -2 handicap looks nailed on.

It's not often I get sucked in to long odds on shots but surely Germany at 1/5 is nailed on and a handy 20%??

Was talking to one of the lads last night & we were saying they'll surely attract big hitters at 1/5

1.862 -2 on the hairy fanny handicap

I'm a big hitter five euro at 1/5 and you've enough for a sundae in McDonald's

Bladewood Girl is a big price at 14s each way in the last at Kempton tomorrow. Won on handicap debut over this distance at Lingfield last year off six pounds higher, and was beaten under a length when raised 3 lbs next time out. She has been given a big chance by the handicapper having finished beaten just over two lengths off six and five pound higher marks two and three runs back, just running one bad race after at Southwell, not sure if it was the fibresand or the cheekpieces that made her run. Well drawn in a weak race she should go well

Germany have been well backed today

That Asian Handicap is 1.725 with Pinnacle now

Mid point of Sporting's supremacy line is 2.2 and I'd say there's plenty of upside risk there. 1.862 was probably well off. Pity I didn't bloody back it in time

I dont care if it was 1/50, i would never ever back football at those odds, in fact i dont back football anymore, too unpredictable and low scoring, a lot better 1/5 shots in other sports which are high scoring.

Waydownsouth has a serious chance tomorrow. He was drawn in Dingle last time at Listowel and ran 10lb over his mark to finish 3rd.In the last Ive heard great things about Jessie Harringtons filly[serious offers to go hurdling].Rupa is my NAP as she is a serious stayer in the making and I will be having a bet on her.

Not worried that she's been off for so long?

1/50 can be value so I wouldnt be giving up gambling if I backed something at 1/50.

I'm actually heading to it, booked it before we got knocked out :(. **** it ill.get bladdered across the streets of cologne and amsterdam, that's what it was about from the start tbf. Personally wouldn't back Germany at 1/5: could see us putting in a performance. Still completely likely to be beaten

Dunne and O'Shea are suspended as well arent they? Not that they would make much difference against Germany but the 1/5 looks more than fair.

Oh im not saying its a fair price but people going on like its a better investment than banks and stuff is plain crazy because if you do invest in sure thing sports betting like this and win, you will not stop at 1 bet but keep betting on so called sure things and eventually will get caught.

Its free money though theres 1/5 shots like celtic and rangers in scotland that I avoid and theres 1/5 shots like Germany against the worst Irish side in decades.
