Bound to loose weight...?

Ok I was over weight...about 15 stone and within the last 8 months I've got back training about twice a week and have got down to about 12 stone 11 lbs. So obviously my diet isn't an issue with regards weight loss

However I want to loose more fat...so I wa thinking of keeping up my trainings but also getting a 30 minute high pace run in every day I'm not training.

Is this all ok and should I loose weight?

I think people were commenting on your other thread OP that your diet isn't up to scratch.

Seemed to do the trick over the past eight months so I'm not complaining...

Maybe you could try some high-intensity interval sprint training instead of prolonged running?

    Try the following:

    - Five minutes of jogging at a 'leisurely' pace followed by some general stretching of the major muscle groups, particularly quads and hamstrings.

    - Then begin the sprinting intervals. Try sprinting for 30m, then walking for 20m. Repeat this ten times. The distance and amount of sets can of course be altered, but the aforementioned is just an example of a starting point.

Just an option that you may find useful, and it's far more enjoyable and challenging than mundane 'jogging'!

    ECB.

But it's stalled now, which is why you need to address it. The diet that helped you shift weight at 15 stone is not going to give you the same results at 12 stone.

Then why are you asking the question in another guise? if you're that happy with your progress, what advice are you looking for?............ clearly you think you're onto a good thing with your current high carb diet, so go with it!

from reading the other thread your diet is poor tbh - no need for 2L of milk if you are trying to lose weight, there are more efficient sources of protein / carbs.. cheese sandwich with white bread is pretty crap too.. overall general lack of protein and vegetables

Given you're gonna get the same folks replying that you got in the other thread I reckon you should at least give the diet improvements a go. There is no magic bullet. Want to loose more weight? Fix your diet, train hard. Simples
