Good Physio in Dublin Centre/North for ACL Recovery

    Hey Folks,

Just a quick one to see if anyone can recommend a good physio in Dublin City Centre or North Dublin, towards Santry.

I recently underwent ACL Reconstruction on my left knee following an injury in Tag Rugby in October 2009.

I have since tackled triathlon and duathlon instead of Tag Rugby, and am keen in getting back to running!

I initially had surgery on the same knee 2 months ago to see the extent of the damage and was using a Physio in the Sports Surgery Clinic in Santry, where I had both surgeries also.

I am just wondering if anyone is aware of a physio in the areas outlined above that sepcialise in this type of injury? I would like to ensure maximum speed and efficiency in recovery. I have entered the Athy Triathlon in June of next year - and am using this as my goal for recovery!

    Any advice would be great!!

    thanks very much!!:D:D:D

    EP!
