How to get photo's of an ipod touch to a different computer?

    Friend is back from travelling abroad and lost his laptop on his journeys. He has an ipod touch and is looking to get the photo's off it onto another pc. Anyone know of an application to do this before i start emailing over 2 thousand of them :D Thanks!!

    You should be able to connect to any computer, close down iTunes if it opens automatically, and cancel sync if it begins.

    You should then be able to open the iPod Touch through Windows Explorer and see the photos in the Drive. Copy and paste etc to laptop...
