    Text book on which subject? And how advanced or basic are you looking for?

    Personally, the textbook I keep referring to is Breastfeeding by Dr Jack Newman, but I don't imagine that's what you mean?

    Sorry, your right, should have been clearer, Book wise was hoping for something that covers the basic stuff well, and that explains the underlying theory. The more advanced the better, it'll give me a reason to read lots of other stuff. That and it'll keep me distracted so I won't be on here asking lots of silly questions :o:).

    Borrow The Diet Delusion (Gary Taubes) from the library. It's big and dense, with about 200 pages of references, but it's all summed up at the end, and it's a good place to go if you have a specific question.
