Are you sure that you didn't leave yourself logged in on another computer somewhere? To be honest that would be the best scenario I can imagine because if it was a keylogger then it's quite likely that whoever deleted your old vids, also has the new password that you created.
Keyloggers can be installed by malware/trojans/viruses etc and can email the contents of every keystroke you've made to a remote location. The better keyloggers also use screen captures to make absolutely clear what site you were on.
My advice is to do a thorough deep scan with up-to-date antivirus and also use HiJack This and Spybot S&D as well to see what you can find.
If you haven't used HiJack This before then be very careful not to just select everything it finds and hit the 'Fix' button.
