    will takin cellmass help me keep/increase my muscle while losing fat but not puttin on weight??

    any advice helpful

    Your question can only be answered if you give more info:

    1.Weight, bf%
    2.Diet
    3.Activity levels
    4.Rest

    Losing fat and building muscle mass is quiet hard to do, unless you get your diet and training 1,000,000,000,000% bang on.(i.e. VERY HARD TO DO)

    Pick one goal, get your diet right, get trianing right and use supplements to fill the nutritional gaps.

    Cellmass can help you lift more, therefore if you have a calorie excess you can gain muscle, if you have a calorie deficit you an lose fat(you can maintian muscle through proper diet and training, and maybe add a slight amount of mass)

    So pick one goal

    no, no sugar in cellmass, only malto and sucralose
    Better option to Celltech IMO, but i wouldnt buy either
