Ok, so I'm feeling like shít at the moment. I've just moved to a new city where I don't know anyone, and I'm going through hell trying to find a place to live. I'm stuck in a hostel until I do so. I'm also a little hungover, even though I didn't drink that much last night. I've got this feeling of impending doom which I can't shake.

Can anyone think of something that'll cheer me up?

Was in the same boat as you last week OP.

Go out and meet people. Have a drink and approach people (in a non creepy way).

You should look at it as an opportunity to meet new people!

I have two very close friends who I met randomly on a night out with my own friends. We all exchanged numbers and cest la vie!
